At Satya we ground ourselves in the traditional teachings of yoga while embracing the freedom to interpret our experiences through the lens of a modern practitioner. Our purpose is to bridge tradition with modernity and offer authentic yoga to all.

Our classes are for everybody. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. We are always here to support you if you would like to know more about what to expect from our sessions together, and which class may be a good starting point for you.

We offer a range of different classes from deeply restorative to challenging and dynamic, there is something for everyone. Your yoga practice is uniquely yours, and our studio serves as a safe haven for you to simply show up, find a few moments of peace within your busy life, and begin this journey of self-discovery.
