108 Sun Salutations – New Year Practice
Sūrya Namaskāra सूर्य नमस्कार translates as “Salutation to the Sun,” honouring Sūrya, the solar deity — revered in the Vedic tradition as the source of light, life, and inner illumination.
The number 108 is considered significant across many yogic traditions — representing wholeness and completeness. Moving through 108 Surya Namaskars becomes a meditation in movement: a steady, breath-based practice that cultivates deep concentration and presence.
Move through the full 108 or participate in a way that honours your body and energy. We practice without expectations or attachment to results.

New Year Sound Bath + Meditation
The new year naturally creates a change in rhythm and attention.
This session offers guided mantra-based meditation followed by a sound bath to support steadiness (sthira), presence (dhyāna), and inner awareness (pratyāhāra) — an opportunity to cultivate stillness and deep relaxation before the year becomes full.
An opportunity to pause and develop the tools to establish a strong foundation for the year ahead.
