Welcome! Whether you’re completely new to movement or returning after some time away, we have classes to support you.
For yoga, Yin, Restorative and Gentle Vinyāsa are wonderful places to begin. For Pilates, our Mat Pilates classes are suitable for most people, with options and modifications offered throughout the class to accommodate different experience levels.
If you’re unsure which class is right for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always happy to help you find the best place to start.
-
For your comfort, we recommend avoiding large meals within two hours of class, particularly before more dynamic yoga or Pilates sessions. Arriving well hydrated and continuing to hydrate after class is also encouraged.
If it’s your first visit, arriving a few minutes early will allow you time to settle in before we begin.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring a water bottle if you’d like. You’re welcome to bring your own mat, although all mats and props are provided free of charge, including blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, and other equipment.
If you’re attending a Yin or Restorative class, we recommend bringing an extra layer to help you stay warm and comfortable throughout your practice.
-
If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your booking via your Momoyoga account as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.
Cancellations made within two hours of the class start time may result in the loss of your class credit if you’re using a class pack. Class packs and memberships are non-refundable.

Absolutely. Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga or Pilates—it’s something that often develops naturally with consistent practice.
Our classes encourage you to work with your body as it is today, without comparison or expectation. Whether you’re feeling stiff, recovering from injury, or simply trying something new, you’re very welcome here.
-
Not at all. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, and you’re always encouraged to move at a pace that feels appropriate for your body. Your teacher will offer modifications where needed, and taking rest at any time is always welcome.

Please let us know about any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy when booking your class, either in the booking notes, via email, or by speaking with your teacher before class. This information is kept confidential and allows us to better support your practice.
Bookings are essential and can be made online.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins. Doors are locked once class starts, and late entry isn’t possible. This helps ensure everyone’s safety, protects personal belongings, and allows the class to begin without interruption.
Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and are intended for the use of the purchaser only.
